Take a tour with us as we explore  2 wines from each of Dr. Revana's wineries located in Napa Valley, Willamette Valley & Mendoza Argentina. Enjoy food pairings curated to enhance the flavor profiles of the wines, along with 2 hours of education on the regions, soils, grape varietals and more. 

Advanced Sommelier, Adam Pucillo will lead the wine class on The Wines of Dr. Revana. Adam brings a wealth of knowledge, not only of Dr. Revana's wines, but the world of wine through his advanced studies with the Court of Master Sommeliers. 

As the National Sales Manager for the Revana Vineyards, Adam Pucillo brings over 15 years of experience in the wine industry to the table. With a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for wine, Adam is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the winery's reach across the country.Adam is a talented wine professional with a wealth of experience and an impressive educational background. With 10 years of restaurant experience, Adam has honed his skills in some of Atlanta's most esteemed restaurants, including Atlas, Del Frisco's Double Eagle, and American Cut Buckhead. His passion for wine and dedication to excellence have earned him accolades such as Atlanta's Best Somm and the Bonaccorsi Scholarship for the Master Sommelier exam, which he earned after passing the Theory portion in 2022.Adam comes to the Revana Vineyards after almost 5 years in distribution, previously serving as Fine Wine & Spirits Consultant with Eagle Rock Distributing Company and most recently as Fine Wine Specialist for Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC).Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Adam moved to Atlanta to pursue Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech, but found his passion in the restaurant and wine community while in graduate school and never looked back.

Revana, Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, 2011 **

**The 2011 Revana Estate Cabernet is probably the only wine in the world made by BOTH Heidi Barrett and Thomas Rivers Brown, two of Napa's most famous winemakers. Heidi oversaw harvest and barreled down the wines, and Thomas made the final blend and saw it into bottle. The wine has aged beautifully giving way to harmonious aromas and flavors of blackberry, anise & pipe tobacco.
