About the event
Thank you, everyone, for understanding my need to change the date of the pizza cooking class. I had scheduled it a little too soon following my spinal fusion and would rather be 100% for the event.
Join us for our Food, Wine & Travel Passport Series event on May 16th, 6-8 pm! We are taking you back to Italy with a culinary experience all about Pizza!
Chef Mark Perlioni and Angela Persick will dazzle us with their pizza dough skills while we sip wine and learn how to prepare Neapolitan pizza dough, along with several authentic pizza sauces. Get hands on experience making dough from scratch, the proper ingredients for a pillowy crust, how to knead the dough, and hand stretch it into the perfect shape and size.
