Pasta Cooking Class!

Join us for our Food, Wine & Travel Passport Series event on Septebmer 26th, 6-8 pm! We are taking you back to Italy learning how to make pasta!  

There's nothing like fresh pasta and after this class, you'll be a pro! 

Chef Mark Perlioni and Angela Persick will dazzle us with their pasta making skills while we sip wine and learn how to make beautiful, fresh pasta. Get hands on experience making dough from scratch, from the proper ingredients, to kneading the dough, rolling it out and finally cooking and eating it! Pasta dough from scratch: cavatelli, pici, orecchiette and maybe a few others if time permits. No machine needed so you'll be able to make this from home after the class. If class moves quickly enough, Mark will demonstrate how to roll out an egg pasta he will have made in advance.

Three sauces: Fresh cherry tomato sauce

                              Brown butter sage sauce

                              Classic Aglio e olio (garlic & olive oil)

Your ticket includes one glass of wine from a selection curated to compliment the cuisine.
